Gift Aid is a great way of taking the tax you were going to pay the Inland Revenue, and diverting it to the PSA for use in our school!
This programme allows the PSA to reclaim basic rate tax on your donation.
Basic rate tax is 20 per cent, so this means that if you give £10 using Gift Aid, it's worth £12.50 to the PSA. For donations between 6 April 2008 and 5 April 2011 the PSA will also get a separate government supplement of 3p on every pound you give.
Even better...Fill in the new Gift Aid form once and you never need to do any other paperwork, no matter how many times you make a donation!
